The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) does want his daddy to get married, but not to Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes). That’s the dilemma, as Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is pushing a rushed marriage plan, days after a generally faux proposal.

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) can’t believe how Thomas is acting. He’s totally disregarding the feelings of his son, who are still suffering the effects that the sudden passing of his mother, Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey), has had on his life.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Central To Story

Hope remains Thomas’ obsession. He hasn’t moved on and is telling his friend, Vincent Walker (Joe LoCicero), that marriage to Zoe will happen if Hope doesn’t come around.

The above doesn’t represent v who he idealistically sees as some sort of perfect being. That rose-colored view blinds him to the fact that she doesn’t love him. Although this is soap, so her feelings could radically evolve.

B&B Spoilers – Zoe Buckingham Wants New Life

Considering all that she’s endured, Zoe is ready to embrace the new life that Thomas is offering her. He’s playing off her vulnerability and eagerness, without weighing the consequences that will result if his real goal is achieved.

Zoe was forcefully drawn into her father’s scheme last year. As viewers recall, Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) kidnapped Hope and Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) child at birth and then sold Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) in a veiled scheme that enabled Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to believe that she’d adopted Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) daughter.

The comparison between Reese’s irrational nature and that of Thomas can’t be denied. One difference is that Zoe has willingly entered the dysfunctional world that Atkinson’s character lives in.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Doesn’t Understand No

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) has been enabling his son’s reckless and sometimes criminal behavior for many years. Thomas’ mother, Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo), has her own issues and lives overseas.

So, Thomas doesn’t have strong parental figures who stand in opposition to what he continues doing to other people. Not understanding the word no, Thomas truly believes that when he says yes to something, then it has to be.

An increasing number of B&B characters and all of this engaging soap’s viewers know that danger lies ahead for Douglas, Zoe, and Hope, unless Thomas is somehow stopped, or stops himself.
