The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Two For Two: Two Marriages To Each Woman In Seemingly Rapid Succession

Liam has been married to Steffy twice and married to Hope twice. There was a third marriage for a short time to Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) which was probably nothing but a rebound from Hope, and it didn’t last very long. He was married to Steffy in 2011 to 2012, 2013, 2017, and 2018; Hope in 2012 and 2018 and 2019, and Ivy in 2015. That is some pretty fancy footwork to avoid bigamy charges, considering he was married to both Hope and Steffy in portions of 2012 and 2018!

However, there was a lot of shall we say, familial interference by certain Logans and Spencers as well as Forresters who didn’t approve of Liam and Hope together and schemed to make sure Liam and Steffy were together, and somewhere in that mix Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) arranged for a series of a comedy of errors to push her son Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) together with Hope, and they married, and that was where the rebound with Ivy came in for Liam! Liam also has a daughter with Steffy and a daughter with Hope!

Is there any wonder that some call him “Waffling Liam!” It may be a Spencer men’s trait, since Wyatt waffles between women and so does their father, Diamond Bill Spencer (Don Diamont)! He consistently waffles between Steffy and Hope! So when Hope and Liam finally get married for real, is it any wonder that fans wonder if he’s going to waffle back to Steffy yet again? However, there is one factor that wasn’t in the previous marriages that may be a cementing influence between Liam and Hope; Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri)!

B&B Spoilers – Douglas Forrester “Married” Liam Spencer And Hope Logan In a Sweet Little Ceremony In Hope’s Cabin

Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will recall that Douglas “married Liam and Hope in a sweet little ceremony in Hope’s cabin; and Liam was stalwart in protecting his little cousin from his psychotic birth father Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) who used and manipulated Douglas to get what he wanted with Hope, even showing movies of monsters in his room which gave the little guy nightmares! He did that to control Douglas!

Liam may not be the best husband material but he’s a good father to Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington) and Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez). He will of necessity have to spend time with Steffy to spend time with Kelly, although sometimes the toddler and the baby spend time together with Steffy and usually Liam although sometimes Hope is there too, and now Douglas will be along.

Liam knows that Douglas does not need him leaving his home with Beth and Hope to go back with Steffy, that would be even more insecurity for the little boy and when Thomas returns, that will be only more motivation for Liam not to return to his waffling ways!
