Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Hope’s Web of Lies Grows – How Far Will She Take Her Scheme

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will soon be in a bind. As B&B viewers know, she was very upset when Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) took Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) away from her home. She is now determined to get Douglas back any way that she can.

Unfortunately for Hope, that will be a formidable task. Thomas has stated that he’s not going to just hand over custody of Douglas to someone else, and especially not to Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Besides, Liam is ambivalent about raising Douglas as it is, since he finds himself to be stretched thin between his two daughters.

Bold & The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Unleashes A New Strategy

So according to B&B spoilers, Hope will put forth a new strategy to try to wrangle custody of Douglas. She’ll set out on a mission to get Thomas to give her joint custody of Douglas. She might think that if Douglas spends part of his time with her, Liam, and Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez), the that would be better than losing him completely.

But to achieve this goal, Hope will need Thomas to agree to her getting joint custody. According to B&B spoilers, she’ll decide to use Thomas’ feelings for her as leverage. Specifically, she’ll try to manipulate Thomas into believing that the two of them might have a future together. The only real problem with this is that it appears that Thomas might catch onto her plan.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Logan Gives Douglas Forrester False Hope

According to B&B spoilers, Hope will find herself in a pickle while she’s trying to manipulate Thomas. Apparently, Douglas will become involved in a discussion between Hope and Thomas, and Hope will have to continue her ruse of promising a future for them. It appears that Douglas and Thomas will question Hope about their future together, and Hope will be forced to give them false hope.

And that means that Hope will be giving Douglas an expectation about the future that she’ll have no intention of keeping. She’ll probably feel horrible about it, but given the circumstances, it will seem necessary to her – and she’ll probably rationalize it by telling herself that she had to do it for Douglas’ sake, since getting joint custody of him is so important.

But will Douglas wind up totally confused by the situation? After all, he’s a pretty perceptive little kid, and he can clearly see that Hope loves Liam and wants to be a family with him and Beth. Will Douglas buy Hope’s assertion that they could be a family with Thomas someday?
