B&B spoilers reveal that Flo ends up confronting Sally and demanding the truth from her. She is starting to piece together the puzzle. Even though she doesn’t know for certain that Sally is lying about her deadly disease, that is the conclusion that Flo is reaching. However, what will Sally say to the man who stole the man she loves? Will she admit it and gloat? Or keep denying the truth so she doesn’t get found out?

It is clear that Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) is no longer an asset to Sally. Instead, she is becoming a big liability. She realizes that Flo is starting to affect Dr. Escobar, which puts her entire plan at risk. The truth can’t come out yet because Sally doesn’t have what she wants — which is Wyatt’s love.

In order to discredit Flo, Sally will have to show Wyatt that she can’t be trusted. Simply saying that Flo is jealous or hateful won’t do the trick. However, if Sally shows Wyatt “injuries” she sustained after being “viciously attacked” by Flo, then that might work.
