Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Will Sally Recover From Her ‘Fatal’ Disease?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that another big shakeup could be in the works for the CBS soap opera.

With Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) devastating terminal diagnosis, it seems to be given that she will succumb, with a devoted Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) by her side.

The B&B fanbase is divided on what they think will happen next. On one hand, many think that this will be Sally’s final sendoff, giving her an emotional exit. While others think that somehow Wyatt or his dad, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will find a cure and she will be saved. And, if that happens, it will create a whole new set of issues for poor Wyatt.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Wyatt Spencer Promises To Stay By Sally Spectra’s Side

When Wyatt found out that Sally was dying, he couldn’t let her die alone. He couldn’t believe that the beautiful designer would die from a mysterious neurological disorder. Bold and the Beautiful writers still have not told the viewers a name for her ailment, only that it’s bad and she only has a few weeks to live.

For someone that is knocking on heaven’s door, Sally doesn’t look the part. She is in good spirits and aside from the headaches and shakes, she seems to be okay. However, looks are deceiving and her doctor seems sure that she will die soon. And, they will make sure she is as comfortable as possible in the process.

Wyatt refuses to let Sally face this alone. He wants her to move in with him so he can focus on her and making the best of the time she has left. This puts Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) and Wyatt’s relationship on hold as he spends all his time with Sally.

B&B Spoilers – Will Sally Spectra Get A Miracle?

This seems to be the burning question on everyone’s mind. Will Sally get a last-minute miracle, or will she end up dying, leaving Wyatt a broken man? All the spoilers point to the bombshell being okay in the end, especially if you consider that Sally, Flo, and Wyatt have had this year-long love triangle. Her death would cancel that and leave Flo without much of a storyline.

However, we cannot discount the fact that there is some buzz on social media that B&B is going to kill off a beloved character. Sally sure fits the bill so it is possible that the fans will have to say goodbye to her in the near future.
