And as she celebrated Mother’s Day this year, the 52-year-old looked like a mirror image of her oldest daughter Sami Sheen, 19. Denise rejoiced last year when she reconciled with Sami. As a result, Mother’s Day this year became extra special for the Bold And The Beautiful star.

Denise Richards – Reunites With Daughter After Struggles

Mother’s Day in 2023 gives the Bold And The Beautiful star Denise Richards the chance to celebrate her reconciliation with her daughter Sami Sheen. After several years of struggling with their relationship, the Bold And The Beautiful star and her oldest daughter found peace. And that makes Mother’s Day this year extra special, according to Hello magazine.

But during their feud, Sami moved out of Denise’s house to live with her father, Richard’s ex husband Charlie Sheen. And at the time, Sami complained that she felt “trapped” residing with her mother. But as Denise reflected on their struggles, she called it “very difficult.” However, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star promised they would “get back to where we were eventually.”

And Denise explained what caused the fight between mother and daughter. “But right now, it is strained,” Richards clarified. “She lived with me all these years. There are certain rules and I enforce them. And [at Charlie’s], there’s different rules at that house and that’s OK.” But the two found a way to reconcile. And Sami enjoyed Thanksgiving with the Bold And The Beautiful star. She also honored her mother last Mother’s Day.

Sami Sheen – Shares Love For Mom Denise Richards

And Denise’s daughter has shared her love on social media. For instance, Sami wrote last year, “Happy mother’s day!! I love u so much mom. u have no idea how grateful i am to have u in my life.” And Denise responded, thanking Sami for the special day.

“Thank you Sami for an amazing Mother’s Day. It means a lot to me. I know nana was at dinner with us she would never miss one of her favorite restaurants. Thank you & I love you so much,” she wrote. Denise also recently shared her love for her oldest child on her 19th birthday.
