The Bold And The Beautiful’s Douglas has gone on about grandma kissing Santa for weeks. However, Douglas continues to go on and on about the story after telling his parents. After being reprimanded for going to the main house she told not to Douglas should have done like most kids and forgotten about grandma and Santa. Brooke Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) has listened to Douglas’s story and so has Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Now that Douglas has told his story and been told he was wrong, most kids would simply forget about it and move on. However, Douglas seems to want to tell the world. Grandma kissing Santa would not be that is of a news item for the whole family to know about. Why would Douglas tell Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) before he tells his father?

B&B Spoilers – Douglas’ Story Makes No Sense

The Bold And The Beautiful’s Douglas continually says he hopes mommy isn’t mad at him because of what he saw. Douglas knows that his mother isn’t mad at him and is leading his father to believe that she is. Why would Douglas be causing trouble between his parents? Douglas has proven that he wants Hope and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) together. Why do they write him as antagonistic instead?

The Bold And The Beautiful writers may think this looks innocent but it comes across that Douglas is in on Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) plot to get her parents back together. Steffy may not have put Douglas up to this but it fits right into her plans. Steffy is acting enough like a child herself, why does a child need to be involved as well? Do writers think that Douglas talking about it looks innocent?

It honestly comes across that this child had targeted his grandmother by going to Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) children with this even if they are his father and aunt. Having Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) lie about it afterward just makes it looks worse because she is calling a child a liar. This writing is just wrong all the way around.

It would have been better for Ridge to overheard Hope and Brooke talking instead of Douglas spilling the beans. Will Brooke’s relationship with Douglas ever be the same?
