The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) Spoilers and Recap Monday, August 16: Finn Is Already in Cahoots With Sheila

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Monday, August 16, 2021, reveals that Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) keeps a secret from his new bride. He keeps mum about the text Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) sent, apologizing for disrupting his wedding, hinting at a visit with Hayes Finnegan, and saying how proud she is of her son. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) plans to head into the office to find out the status of the restraining order against his birth mother. Steffy fears Sheila will stop by to see their son. Steffy shudders to even think about Sheila. She wants to focus on her sexy doctor husband. Steffy and Finn kiss.

Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) interrupts the newlyweds again. She offers to watch the kids while Finn and Steffy get away on a romantic honeymoon. Steffy hesitates to leave while Sheila is on the loose. Paris is happy to see that Finn’s birth mother didn’t put a damper on their romance, not that anything could.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy is Not Sorry

Steffy feels guilty that Finn can’t get to know his birth mother. Finn feels guilty that he brought her into their lives again. Steffy wants Finn to promise that he’ll stay away from Sheila. Finn says nothing. Steffy jets off to work. Paris notices how torn Finn is. She wants to know how he’s doing. Paris offers a shoulder to cry on.

At the Forrester mansion, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) notices how distracted his father is. Ridge says Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is working on getting the TRO against Sheila. He wonders why Eric Forrester (John McCook) hasn’t signed the divorce papers. Two signatures and he’ll have closure. Eric prods Ridge to say “I told you so.” Ridge says he knows his father doesn’t take divorce lightly, but he doesn’t understand why Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) threw away everything they’d worked for.

B&B Spoilers: Eric Surprises

Eric takes the blame for shoving Quinn towards Carter. Quinn felt rejected because Eric wasn’t able to give her what she needed. Ridge says the affair was on Quinn, not Eric. He offers his support and a hug. Eric shoos Ridge off to the office.

Quinn enjoys watching Carter get assertive in his quest to stop Sheila. Quinn says Sheila has been making the Forresters’ lives a living hell for years. Quinn gets a message that her divorce papers have been finalized. Carter says that, once she signs the papers, she’ll be free. He doesn’t want their relationship to be a secret anymore. Carter isn’t worried about being fired, because he’s a brilliant, successful attorney who will find a great job somewhere else. He can’t accept the thought of not being with her. Carter wants the world to know what he has with Quinn. They kiss.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Quarter Over?

Carter knows it won’t be easy saying goodbye to a life and man she cared about, but he has something special lined up for her when she gets home. Carter wants his loft to be her home too. Quinn leaves to see Eric.

Quinn notices that her portrait has been replaced by Stephanie Forrester’s (Susan Flannery) above the mantle. Eric says Steffy requested the portrait for her wedding—she and her grandmother shared a special connection. Quinn laments that she and Eric did too. Quinn hates herself for hurting him the way she did, but circumstances drew her and Carter together. She will always regret being unfaithful to Eric. He’s kind, compassionate, and decent to a fault and a part of her will always love him. He gave her the best years of her life. She’ll cherish the memories.

Eric stops Quinn from signing the divorce papers. Eric regrets shutting down physically and emotionally and denying her the affection she deserved. He remembers how happy they were together. Eric wants to forgive her. Eric announces that he wants Quinn back.

At Forrester Creations, Steffy can’t concentrate on work for thinking about how that lunatic ruined her wedding reception. Ridge says they’ll have the restraining order by the end of the day and, if Sheila gets near Steffy or Hayes, she’ll end up in prison. Steffy wonders how a devious woman like Sheila gave birth to a sweet, innocent man like Finn. Steffy will do everything in her power to make sure Sheila stays away from Finn and her children.
