The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Tuesday, February 23, 2021, reveals in Los Angeles Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) breaks down his trip to Genoa City with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Spencer Publications’ collaboration with Summer Newman (Hunter King) and JCV promises to be beneficial for both companies.

Bill is more interested in Liam’s personal life. Liam knows that he’s made a mess of things and most regrets what he’s put Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) through. Bill reminds him of what he’s putting Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) through as well.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Bill Spencer Is A Poster Child For Messing Up

Bill says he’s the poster-child for screw-ups. He advises Liam to own his mistake, fix what can be fixed, and fight the good fight like what Bill is doing with Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Bill wants Katie to give their relationship one more try. He’s called in the cavalry—Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis)—to speak to Katie on his behalf. If they can trust him again, maybe Katie can. Liam wants to prove to Hope that she can trust him again.

Next on today’s Bold and Beautiful recap, Finn comes to Spencer Publications to ream out Liam for ruining so many lives. He suspects Liam secretly relishes keeping Hope and Steffy tied to him forever. Liam needs adulation from women to be happy. Finn puts Liam on notice: he won’t hurt Steffy again.

At Forrester Creations, Finn assures Steffy that he’s invested in her pregnancy because of his commitment to her. Nothing will change his love for her. Finn worries about Steffy’s feelings for the other man in her life now that she’s carrying his child. Steffy insists that she wants a life with Finn, not Liam.

Hope walks in when Finn asks if Steffy would reunite her family with Liam, if it were possible. Steffy says Finn made her believe in love again. She wants a life with him and to give him a child of his own. Finn leaves happy. Hope isn’t convinced. She wants to know where they go from here.

Steffy says that her pain killeraddiction was an attempt to numb the pain from her breakup with Liam. Finn helped her escape that drama. She’s sorry for her mistake with Liam, but she’s not sorry she’s having a baby. They just have to live with the paternity results.

Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) encourages his old buddy to take the opportunity and make a play for Hope. Hope is what Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) deserves. The paternity test is a lifetime ticket to happiness for Thomas, Hope, and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).

Vinny wonders how long that marriage will last—how many times can Liam betray Hope before she realizes that there’s another man who is 100% committed things to her happiness?

After Vinny leaves, Ridge warns Thomas not to take advice from Vinny. Liam hasn’t given up on his marriage and neither has Hope. Ridge doesn’t want Thomas to have unrealistic expectations. Thomas understands the depth of Liam and Hope’s commitment, but Vinny has a point. When Ridge leaves, Thomas reflects on Vinny’s knowledge of the lab and blood tests. He puts the pieces together about Vinny’s possible involvement in the paternity test.
