The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Wednesday, September 29, 2021, opens at the loft where Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) freak out after Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) catches them in the act. Quinn fears Justin will blab to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). If Justin doesn’t keep quiet about seeing them together, it will be a disaster. Ridge will never understand. Eric Forrester (John McCook) will be humiliated when the truth gets out.

At Forrester Creations, Ridge demands to know what Justin found out when he followed Quinn. Justin tries to delicately pry into what Ridge knows about his father’s marriage. Ridge knows that he won’t allow Quinn to betray Eric again. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) wants to know the truth too.

Justin blows up Quinn’s affair: he caught Quinn with Carter. Brooke says, “I told you so.” Ridge wants Quinn out of Eric’s life today. Ridge is confused that Carter would make the same mistake again. Before Justin can explain, Ridge and Brooke take off to confront Quinn and Carter.

Eric entertains Katie Logan (Heather Tom) in his living room. As they share a glass of tea, Eric says she’s good company. Eric bans all chit-chat about marriage or relationships, but then asks about her future with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

B&B Spoilers – Katie Logan Misses Her Son

Katie is devastated that her independent son left for boarding school. Katie remains angry that Bill was so reckless in getting himself locked up. Katie keeps getting pulled into Bill’s orbit. She fondly remembers who they were and what they shared before Brooke intruded. She’ll never forget that the man she gave her heart to gave his heart to someone else. Bill once said that Brooke is the love of his life. Katie wonders if he would choose her if he had Brooke as an option. Katie deserves to be the love of someone’s life. She doesn’t want to be the runner-up. Katie says that everything Bill does in the name of family is really for himself. Bill’s volatility can be exciting but terrifying. She’s realized she can’t change him.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Eric Forrester Respects Katie Logan

Eric says Bill should give Katie the respect and acceptance she deserves. Katie believes she and Bill don’t speak the same language. Eric has had the same issue in his marriage. Katie says that, unlike Bill, there’s nothing Eric wouldn’t do for his wife. Eric wants to be there for Katie the same way she’s been there for him. Bill is a damn fool for not giving Katie what she needs, no matter how much it costs. Eric wonders if Bill can give Katie the life she deserves.

When Eric says she can’t reconcile with Bill because she doesn’t want to be alone, she turns the tables and accuses him of doing the same thing with Quinn. She feels as strongly about Quinn as Eric does about Bill. Katie asks Eric to trust her with the truth. Eric says he’s done something no one will understand. Eric decides to come clean with Katie about what’s been going on between him, Quinn, and Carter.

Brooke and Ridge descend upon Carter’s loft and blast Quinn for betraying Eric. Quinn goes on the defensive; they’re not sleeping together behind Eric’s back.
