The only thing that could possibly be is Steffy’s paternity test results come in. Could Liam turn out to be the father of her unborn baby? If so, it might be too much for Ridge and Brooke to take as a couple. Head writer and executive producer Bradley Bell told SOD a few months ago that if “Bridge” broke up again, it would be hard to imagine them coming back together. So, if this paternity bombshell splits them up, that might be the end for them.

It will also mark the end of Liam and Hope’s marriage. As for John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), he said he would try to support Steffy no matter what. However, if she is carrying another man’s baby, that might be easier said than done.
