The Bold And The Beautiful Comings & Goings: Meet Hayes Finnegan, Played By Samantha Worden!

The Bold And The Beautiul:Hayes Finnegan (Samantha Worden) The Bold and The Beautiful comings & goings spoilers tease that the beautiful newborn who plays Hayes Finnegan, the baby boy who Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) gave birth to in a recent episode of The Bold and The Beautiful is actually a baby girl, and her name is Samantha Worden! This is her first role ever and not a lot else can be found about who her parents are or if she has siblings.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Opted For A Home Birth

Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will remember that Steffy opted for a home birth, in a somewhat unusual manner. She opted for a water birth – a natural birth where the baby is born underwater. Some viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful may have been disturbed by the idea of a baby born underwater, but one must remember that in utero the baby is in liquid – the amniotic fluid. A water birth is thought to be less traumatic for the unborn infant, as it is more of a gradual introduction to the outside and to breathing air.

The water bath is usually done with a midwife, or doula present although the baby’s father, Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) probably strongly suggested a nurse, which is what they used. Steffy had no anesthetic and used a large pilates ball to sit on as she went through the paces of her contractions; that is thought to be soothing to the mother as the contractions progress and become stronger. The water, too, is thought to be soothing to the mother as well as to the baby as he or she is born.

Fortunately for Steffy, Finn, and Hayes, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease there were no complications in Steffy’s pregnancy. And, no reason to think that there would be any problems with the birth such as breech birth or a situation which would require the need of a hospital.

B&B Comings & Goings – Hayes Finnegan’s Family Members Will Soon Welcome Him

Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will soon see Finn’s side of the family emerging, as his parents come to meet what may be their first grandchild. Ted King will debut as Finn’s father, Jack Finnegan on July 30 while his mother, Li Finnegan, played by Naomi Matsuda will debut on August 2. Of course, as viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful know, baby Hayes has an older sister named Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray) and a cousin, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).

Viewers have long hoped that Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) would make an appearance, but she has only been mentioned and not been onscreen so it is not likely she would appear to meet her grandson if she didn’t rush to her son and daughter’s sides in their crises in the past several months. When Steffy first met Finn on The Bold and the Beautiful, she had been involved in a serious motorcycle accident, and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) had a brain aneurysm!

Recent events on Bold and Beautiful have Thomas trapped in a cage in the basement of Spencer Publications so Hayes may be a few weeks old before uncle and nephew meet. Obviously, he will soon be missed and a search will begin. On Hunter’s paternal side he also has Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) as a grandfather. Ridge has yet to meet his new grandson as well, although he was right there in the office of Forrester Creations when Steffy started going into labor! Baby Hayes will soon meet and become acquainted with the rest of his loving and proud extended family, with the possible exception of Taylor Hayes!
