Earlier this month it was announced that Tanner would be joining the cast of the highly-rated CBS soap and in order to fit in behind the scenes, he wanted to make sure that he got along with Jacqueline off-screen just as much as they are expected to do on-screen, too. That’s why he surprised the brunette beauty with her favorite snack, Canada’s own Coffee Crisps, and a bottle of Clearly Canadian bottled water.

Tanner shared a photo of him and his co-star on his Instagram account and from what we can tell, she looks absolutely delighted with his surprise. Tanner’s social media followers also thought it was a great idea, too. Many of them commented on his pic with, “OMG this is clearly the best. I can’t wait to see Steffy and Finn’s hot new romance soon. I am so happy that you’re on the show and that my favorite soap is finally back,” along with, “I can tell already that you guys are going to be my favorite soap couple. It’s been a long time coming, but Steffy clearly needs a new man in her life and you are perfect!”
