‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Friday, May 15: Zende Flips Out, Brooke Blindsided, Hope’s Delusion

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Friday, May 15, 2026. In today’s episode, Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) flips out. Meanwhile, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) gets blindsided.

Ridge Forrester Explains

At home, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) tries to explain. Brooke wants the recognition she deserves. She deserves the co-CEO position.

Ridge tried to talk to Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), but she said no. Did Ridge even disagree, Brooke wonders? 

They argue about who should be co-CEO. Brooke says Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) is being disrespected.

I don’t know about that, I think Hope and Steffy are both wrong.

Moving back to the episode, Ridge can’t take Steffy’s title from her. It would be wrong! Brooke can’t believe this, she wants her status protected.

Protection from what, he asks? Brooke wants something tangible. 

Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) has her own destiny. Brooke wants one, too.

The title means too much to Steffy, Ridge explains.

Yeah, she can’t be a tyrant if she’s not in charge, Waffle King. Back to the storyline, Ridge won’t take the title away from his daughter.

Ridge will give her anything, but not Steffy’s position. 

Hope Logan Spencer Debates

At Logan, Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) debate.

They both agree it’s wrong that Steffy holds her future in her hands.

Hope is counting on Brooke becoming co-CEO so HFTF can survive.

Hope eventually promises to come to Logan if things don’t change at FC. 

Liam wonders if he could get Zende over at Logan, too.

Hope only wants to concentrate on “manifesting.” Wow, selfish much, Hope?

Zende Forrester Dominguez Flips Out

At FC, Zende is flipping out. He accidentally hits Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) with a crumpled up paper ball.

Zende yells at Carter about HFTF being marginalized.

He’s been assigned to review RJ Forrester’s (Joshua Hoffman) designs. Zende blames RJ for HFTF being shelved.

Zende feels like he’s getting screwed. 

About Remy Pryce

In the design office, Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) and Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) talk. Electra has always wanted Dylan to do well.

The girl admits she really needs this job at FC. Electra won’t sabotage her job, but she has to actually focus on work and not Will Spencer (Crew Morrow).

Dylan agrees, she just wants to make things right. 

Electra understands Dylan’s trauma from being homeless.

Dylan says Electra was traumatized by Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer). They talk about the deep fakes.

Dylan recalls Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann) coming to see her. Being betrayed by Remy made her unable to trust herself, Electra explains.

She wants to be friends again and move on. Dylan can’t believe it and is so grateful… until Remy’s face peers in through the door.
