‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Thursday, April 30: Katie’s Decision, Dylan’s Menacing Call, Brooke Vents

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Thursday, April 30, 2026. In today’s episode, Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) considers an alliance. Meanwhile, Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) gets another mysterious call.

Liam Spencer Pushes

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) informs Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) that it’s time for her to leave Forrester Creations.

She’s always getting sidelined. At Logan, she will have support and excitement. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) thinks this is a great idea!

Hope is a Spencer and has brand recognition, the man declares. Hope swallows. Liam thinks she can have a fresh start.

Hope and Katie are flabbergasted. Liam thinks Hope is the answer to Logan’s problems.

Katie would love to work with Hope. However, she doesn’t want to make Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) any angrier.

Hope is flattered, but she’s not the right kind of designer for Logan. Liam says Hope is a trendsetter and sends a message. That’s a dream team! 

Liam and Bill both try to convince the ladies. Bill says they are family now, so no more bowing down to “Princess Steffy” Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

Does she want to spend her entire life in Steffy’s crosshairs? Hope is concerned about the fallout. Liam says she’s not happy there anyway.

Bill says Hope and Katie can decide. Katie says Brooke would kill her. By the way, Katie looks fabulous in that golden skirt! 

Brooke Logan Forrester Vents

Brooke and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) discuss Katie. They are convinced she will crash and burn.

Brooke vents about Katie bringing up the past. Ridge thinks Katie needs therapy. Brooke mentions Steffy’s actions against Hope. Ridge defends Steffy. Brooke understands, but Hope doesn’t.

Pregnancy Test

Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) talk about perfume.

They make out, then Daphne pulls out another pregnancy test. Carter tells her to stay positive. Daphne goes to pee on the stick.

Daphne comes back and hopes it will be positive. Time’s up. Daphne checks the test, it’s negative again. Carter says sometimes it takes time. 

Melissa Dylan’s Mystery

At FC, Dylan has to drop off a package to Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace). It’s awkward. Electra hasn’t adjusted to Dylan working there.

Dylan apologizes and wishes she moved out of the beach house sooner.

Electra knows Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) wouldn’t have let her do that. Dylan assures Electra that Will loves her.

Dylan adds she’s trying to just work and stay out of everyone’s way. 

Dylan admits it hurts seeing Electra’s pain. It’s all her fault. Dylan hopes that they can be close like that again one day.

Electra starts to tear up after Dylan exits.

Dylan suddenly gets a phone call. The caller says they have unfinished business. Dylan screams for them to get lost and disconnects.
