The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers and recap for Friday, January 22, 2021 reveals in Los Angeles at Forrester Creations where Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) zones out during a finance meeting with her father. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) wants to know what’s on her mind. Steffy keeps mum but is distracted by a text about her upcoming gynecology appointment. Ridge observes that Steffy hasn’t been herself lately.

Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) interrupts the meeting looking for Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes). Zende’s phone is acting weird. She says she’s right behind him. She’s always there for Zende. Ridge notes the vibe between Zende and Zoe.

When Ridge and Steffy leave, Zoe gushes over Zende’s new design. She presses him to be honest about his feelings for her. With Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) pressuring her to set a wedding date, she wants to figure out if the sparks between her and Zende are real. Zende says that sparks can be dangerous. Zoe believes they have chemistry and work well together, so they can be more amazing in private.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Surprised

Ridge returns and is surprised to see Zende and Zoe still together. He sends Zende to the cutting room. Zoe gets a text from Zende asking her not to move too fast with Carter and to meet him in his office. It’s the same undelivered text Zende tried and failed to send the night Carter asked Zoe to marry him.

At the cabin, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) tries to wrap his head around the fact that his sister may once again be pregnant with Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) baby. Thomas cautions Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) not to react from a place of devastation and anger and make the same mistake as Liam. Hope and Liam’s marriage will survive this if she doesn’t let the emotions of the moment override her judgment.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Logan Debates

Hope debates forgiving Liam, but can’t get over the fact that he lost faith in her and betrayed their wedding vows. She’s surprised when Thomas urges forgiveness. Thomas doesn’t believe Liam is good for Hope or that Liam will change, but what matters is how Hope feels about Liam. Thomas is angry at Liam, but Hope has an amazing family. Thomas won’t inject his own feelings when Hope’s family is at stake. He asks her to forgive for the sake of the children and for herself. She will get through this with goodness and grace.

Hope doesn’t want her family to fall apart, but every time she looks at Liam, all she can see is Steffy. Hope fears that, if the baby is Liam’s, she’ll be caught in the middle again.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Wyattt Spencer Comes Down Hard

At Spencer Publications, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) comes down hard on his brother for cheating. A mea culpa won’t cut it this time. Wyatt wants to know what happened to Liam’s devotion to Hope.

Liam claims he’s learned his lesson. It was gut-wrenching to confess to Hope after she tried to make him feel better about the Thomas-mannequin encounter.

Wyatt offers Liam a place to stay. Liam isn’t sure if Hope can forgive him. He doesn’t know if they’ll make it, especially if he’s the father of Steffy’s baby. Wyatt believes that, if Hope can forgive Thomas, she’ll forgive Liam.

At the hospital, Steffy waits breathlessly in her doctor’s office. The doctor confirms that Steffy is pregnant. Steffy asks for a paternity test pronto.
