The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers –  Steffy Forrester Is Found Unconscious And Unresponsive By Liam Spencer

Steffy is found unconscious and unresponsive by Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), with their toddler daughter Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray) asleep in her bedroom. Liam knocks loudly and calls her on the phone, and there is no response so he uses his keys and finds her passed out on the couch.

While this can be a side effect of opioid pain medications, the most common of which are oxycodone or acetaminophen/codeine combinations, Steffy had not previously had this type of side effect from her previous prescription!

Steffy had not been shown taking too many at a time, or taking them with alcoholic beverages either, which could also cause her to pass out and become unresponsive. Steffy normally would not be so reckless with Kelly asleep in the bedroom! Liam is understandably worried and afraid when he finds her in this condition, and even panicked! He finally manages to rouse her by continually slapping her in the face!

Spoilers for the coming week also indicate that Steffy has some bizarre behavior. So the big question is, why is Steffy unconscious and unresponsive with the pills supplied by Vinny when she didn’t have those side effects with her prescription? Could the pills supplied by Vinny be tainted, probably with a different drug or drugs?

B&B Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Exhibits Bizarre, Paranoid Behavior

Liam literally tears the house apart and finds the pills. Of course, he goes straight to the worst-case scenario of addiction and naturally blames Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) for prescribing her more pills! While bizarre, paranoid behavior can be a sign of addiction, and of course hiding pills, Steffy likely hid the pills because she hadn’t wanted Finn to see them if he came over again.

Liam goes into a tailspin, worrying about Kelly’s access to the pills! Liam also worries what would have happened had Kelly found her mother like that, and couldn’t wake her up! Steffy lashes out at Liam after he finds the pills, telling him her life is none of her business and getting in a huge argument with him. Liam takes Kelly to protect her, and Steffy accuses him and Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) of kidnapping her!

Eventually, Steffy will disclose that she didn’t get the pills from Finn, and that might be the key to the mystery of her bizarre behavior. Vinny undoubtedly got the pills off the street – and street drugs, even if they are claimed to be generic versions of the originals, frequently come from questionable sources.

It is entirely possible that whoever made these pills either accidentally or intentionally tainted them with small amounts of hallucinogenic drugs that can cause not only unconsciousness but paranoia and bizarre behavior! People use opioids not only for pain but to get high, so a “little something extra” to boost the high in a street version of Steffy’s pills would not be surprising at all!

There was a scene where Steffy took the pills from Dr. Finnegan with beer. It also looked like she took more than one of the pills from "Vinny." And Liam did not repeatedly slap Steffy in the face to wake her up.

Liam did not even realize (?) that the bottle with the pills didn't have a label on it. Pills could have been anything.
