He’s always been into her but kissing her when he’s supposed to be committed to her sister is not one of the brightest moves the Stallion has ever made.

She has made it clear for the umpteenth time that her heart belongs to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and it could be that he has finally heard her. Bill seems to have had a change of heart where Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is concerned but that means zilch to the youngest Logan sister from the Valley.
