The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and rumors tease that Bad Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) could easily turn on Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) with what he knows. If he’s going after Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) to control Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) he could easily threaten John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) mom too.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Li Finnegan Broke The Law Too

Li broke a whole bunch of laws when she stole Finn out of the morgue to nurse him at home, signing off on his death certificate just one. She knew that he had the faintest little heartbeat so he really should not have been declared dead, but the paramedics and supervising doctor just gave up on him. Signing his death certificate and defrauding his Forrester family was really selfish and heinous, but she thought that was the only way she could protect him against Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

Li also could lose her medical license by nursing a legally dead person at home with medical equipment. Also an issue could be pertinent local zoning laws prohibiting a medical type facility built into one’s home.

B & B Spoilers – It’s All About Control And Protecting Sheila Carter

It’s all about control and protecting Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) for Bill, and Li could press charges against her for attempted murder. Sheila thought she’d gotten rid of Li, even though she didn’t mean to run her off that bridge into the harbor, and she didn’t set the car on fire. She thought Li was going to the police, not to get more drugs for Finn’s home hospital set up. Bill has to leverage both Li and Finn somehow, and threatening to go to the medical board could be it-for that matter, how did Finn’s life status get reinstated? How is a legally dead man practicing medicine at a hospital legally-it’s not like having someone declared dead who’s been missing and having it reversed!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Threats And Balances

As Bill continues to make his threats to turn Taylor in for his shooting, he continues to balance out threatening Finn and Li with turning them into the medical board. Bill knows that especially the government authorities that allow doctors to take insurance and retain their medical licenses to practice like every i dotted and every t crossed. Bill knows the right agencies to contact and how to register complaints, and that includes the local government authorities that can issue hefty fines for not having Li’s house correctly licensed.
