These, along with other hints, suggest that Bill might come to Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) rescue. So, let’s discuss how Bill could get roped into Li’s story and what might happen next.

Right Place, Right Time

B&B spoilers reveal that the summer preview in Soap Opera Digest teased that Bill would have a big story. Head writer and executive producer Bradley Bell mentioned that Bill would find himself in the right place at the right time. It was also indicated that Bill would be able to use his powers for good.

Right now, Bill feels lost and distracted by all the people he’s lost. Katie Logan (Heather Tom) doesn’t want to get back together, which also means Bill doesn’t have as much of an influence on Will Spencer (Finnegan George). Bill was also betrayed by the person he trusted the most, Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears).

So, being able to do something heroic for someone might help Bill in more ways than one. It could also get Bill out of the funk he’s in.

B&B Spoilers: Li Finnegan Missing

Fans saw Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) chase down Li until the car crashed. As the back end of the car erupted into flames, Li crashed into the water. Sheila stood there and watched the car sink with a smile on her face.

Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes) brought up some good points that a body hasn’t been found. So, there is a very real possibility that Li survived. Plus, Matsuda was seen on set recently, so expect her to turn up alive.

Bill Spencer’s Heroism

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Li might have survived but could be injured. Li might not have any way to call for help. During the week of July 25, Bill will come to a shocking realization and it is teased he will do something about the situation.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will head to Europe after learning of Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) mental health decline. So, there aren’t a whole lot of people that will be able to step in and save John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Plus, Sheila still has to be dealt with. Don’t expect the police or justice system to eliminate Sheila. This sounds like a job for “Dollar Bill.”

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Rescue Mission

It is teased that there is a restaurant near the docks. This set could mean that Bill is dining out when he comes across Li. Maybe Bill is driving home when Li stumbles across the road waving for help. Once Bill learns that Finn is alive and Sheila tried to kill Li, he will step in and be a hero. So, we will have to stay tuned to see what happens with this storyline.
