The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Bitter Eric Forrester Starts New Fashion Co, Becomes Ridge’s Competition?

This week on The Bold and the Beautiful, spoilers say Eric Forrester will continue to battle with his son over his retirement. 

Eric WANTS to work, and Ridge Forrester is trying to put his dad out to pasture.  The patriarch’s hands could tied at Forrester Creations, but that doesn’t mean he can’t take his talent and money elsewhere. 

If Ridge isn’t careful, his dad could become his competition on Bold & Beautiful.  Here’s what’s coming up next on the CBS soap, spoilers down below!

Eric Forrester (John McCook) has been secretly working on a new collection of designs for weeks now, which is part of the reason he was so upset that Ridge threw him a retirement party.  Eric was secretly planning an epic comeback in his head and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) unknowingly shot down his dreams of glitz and glamour on the runway.  

Eric Starts Rival Company?

According to B&B spoilers, Ridge thinks he’s making some progress with his father and is convincing him to focus on his health and step away from Forrester Creations for good.  But, Eric is still as sharp as a whip and he could have something up his sleeve. 

Would the Patriarch actually launch his designs independently, without Forrester Creations?  He could take it even farther and start his own company!

Eric Forrester is bound and determined to launch the designs he has been working on, with or without his son’s blessing. 

At this point on Bold and Beautiful, Eric doesn’t seem to have much say left at the office.  The family hierarchy at the company is murky, but Eric seems like a glorified figure head. 

Ridge Wants Eric To Stay Home

Ridge is adamant his father stay home and begin his retirement, he will block his father’s new design at the office and shut own any plans he has of a runway show.  But, Eric Forrester is aa wealthy man and has decades of experience running Forrester Creations. 

The fashion icon definitely has the connections to launch his new designs independently, without his son backing him.
