During a recent interview, Matthew Atkinson, who plays Thomas Forrester, teased what to expect. The actor explained that Brooke is trying to destroy an “unbreakable bond” between Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and his son.

Atkinson had an interview with Soap Opera Digest, in which he discussed the storyline. He explained that there is a long history between Thomas and Brooke. It began years ago when Ridge abandoned his family so he could be with Brooke. This is similar to what Thomas told his father when he was hospitalized after Brooke pushed him off a cliff.

The B&B actor said that Brooke started this war. He also teased that she might not win when it comes to dividing Ridge from his son.

As viewers have seen, Thomas is going to great lengths in order to get the upper hand. This includes urging Danny (Keith Carlos) to tell Brooke all about Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) spending the night with Ridge.

“That may come back to bite her [Brooke forcing Ridge to choose] because there is an unbreakable bond between family members… all Thomas wants to do is make his father proud again.”
