Eric sees the problem in Brooke kissing Deacon and allowing him to sleep in Ridge’s bed. However, Eric still believes that Brooke and Ridge belong together. Eric doesn’t think that this mostly innocent entanglement with Deacon should end Ridge and Brooke’s marriage. After all, didn’t Ridge divorce Brooke and marry Shawna Fulton (Denise Richards) in an alcohol-induced state? Isn’t Ridge being a little too hasty when it comes to moving on?
