In the beginning of Carter and Katie’s romance, Bill was an issue. Carter even decided not to move forward the first time because Bill called Katie about their son. However, Carter ended up giving Katie another shot and they’ve been together ever since.

However, while Katie might say she’s just concerned about her child’s father, Carter might see something else. Carter could sense that Katie might be jealous. Those old feelings of concern about Katie going back to her child’s father could come true.

Carter isn’t interested in being heartbroken again, so he could break up with Ikatie before she reunites with Bill.
