Having a passion for fitness and dance, Courtney enjoys teaching others. She currently has a side gig as a fitness instructor at Cardio Barre. It is a workout program that is touted to “sculpt, tone and strengthen one’s physique in the vein of a professional dancer.”

It is clear that The Bold and the Beautiful Star is in great shape! Who wouldn’t want to learn from someone who can produce results? What is even more amazing that she finds time for a side gig with a demanding schedule as a main character on the CBS soap.

“Normally, I like to go twice a week, and I mix that with walking and Pilates, which I am also trained in. I try to mix it up, because I’ve learned that my body kind of likes a little bit of everything.”

      Sally. Flow could have spoke up about Beth. Emma had no problem and she wasn’t related to Hope as is Flo. Shauna is no prize either giving her daughter bad advice. What kind of people are y’all trying to sell us??

      Sally should be paired with Wyatt. Flo should disappear with Brook and the Logan sisters .They are so boring.
