Brooke promised that she would make sure Sheila couldn’t get near John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), or Hayes Forrester Finnegan ever again. Not only did Sheila come up with a plan to make Brooke pay, but Deacon gets wrapped up in the scheme. Sheila isn’t too pleased with Deacon right now. Deacon was put in the middle of Brooke and Sheila’s war. In order to protect his progress reconnecting with Brooke and Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle), Deacon had to pick a side.

Sheila will put a plan in motion that is targeted toward Brooke. However, as a bonus for Sheila, she manages to punish Deacon at the same time. Brooke will receive regular champagne instead of the non-alcoholic kind she ordered. Since Deacon took the order, the trail will lead back to him. When Brooke is drunk, she runs into Deacon and ends up partying with him on New Year’s Eve. So, Brooke might even suspect Deacon slipped her alcohol intentionally.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Brooke will ban Deacon from her home. However, Deacon seems perplexed by this as he struggles to figure out what happened. So, either he doesn’t remember or has no clue what Brooke is talking about. At first, Brooke will try to hide the truth from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Eventually, Brooke tells Ridge she relapsed but doesn’t say anything about Deacon.

B&B Spoilers – Confusion and Consequences

The reason why Brooke omits Deacon from her admission with Ridge is two-fold. First, there is enough fighting between the two men. Plus, Ridge would assume Deacon and Brooke slept together. Brooke wants to do what she can to protect her marriage. Mentioning partying with Deacon while Ridge was out of town could ruin everything.

The other reason is to protect Hope. Right now, Hope is overjoyed with having Deacon in her life. Brooke doesn’t want anything interfering with Hope’s happiness. However, what happens when Hope investigates her mother’s relapse and the trail leads to Deacon? Will Hope end her relationship with Deacon, or can he find a way to clear his name? We will have to keep watching the CBS soap to find out.
