The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and rumors pose the question, did Eric Forrester (John McCook) really die, or will it prove to be an out of body experience? Eric seemed to pass from life to death or from earth to a heavenly realm where Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) welcomed him-but no heart monitors went off!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – A Consultation With Another Doctor Was Teased

There was a photo posted by Ashley Jones, who plays Bridget Forrester on her Instagram about a month ago with herself and Tanner Novlan as John “Finn” Finnegan.

The scene also included Big Brother star Cirie Fields, and an article in Entertainment Weekly described her as playing a Dr. Martin. Dr. Martin will consult with Finn and Bridget about a patient of theirs, and Cirie also posted in Ashley’s Instagram story the scene will air December 20.

The only time Finn and Bridget have worked together on a patient was Eric’s surgery, which was an experimental procedure. They don’t usually work together, so might that patient be Eric-if he’s deceased, there’s nothing to consult about!

B & B Spoilers – No Guarantees, No Promises But He Made It Through Surgery

Finn had stressed to the family members in the waiting room, which included Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) who had to approve the procedure, there were no guarantees, no promises.

Indeed, Eric could have died on the table had Bridget and Finn not found the source of the hemorrhage and stopped it in time-even though he lost a lot of blood.

Eric was finally stabilized and put in a recovery room in the intensive care unit, still on oxygen, IVs and a heart monitor-which would sound an alarm if his heart stopped.

As he laid in the bed in what appeared to be a restful sleep, he relived minutes on the way to the operating room, and Bridget saying to stay with them.

Then the sun shone brightly through overhead trees, and Stephanie came to comfort him, and then told him he was finally home- then light was shown around him on the bed.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Passed Away Or Near Death Experience?

Near death experiences, sometimes called out of body experiences, do happen sometimes when someone has come through a dangerous medical procedure.

Eric did appear to pass from death to life after death, but no alarms came from the heart monitor and Finn and Bridget have a medical consult with Dr. Martin.

If Eric did indeed have an out of body experience or near death experience, he may not be totally out of the woods yet but Finn advised that could happen.

Again, the question remains-if Finn and Bridget together are consulting with Dr. Martin about their joint patient, who could it be but Eric? If there is another patient they are co-treating, it may not be revealed until December 20.
