The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) realizes she was just used by Thomas Forrester. Actor Matthew Atkinson discussed the storyline and explained whether the villain has any remorse for his scheme. He explained that Thomas has “compartmentalized his conscience.”
Thomas Forrester’s Romantic Scheme
B&B spoilers indicate that Zoe fell for Thomas’ romancing moves. However, she will soon discover that he had no intention of falling in love with her. She was just used as a prop in a romantic performance. His goal was to get Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and he used the model as a way to do it.
B&B Spoilers: Good Guy Deep Inside?
In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, actor Matthew Atkinson said that he believes Thomas is a good guy. However, the majority of viewers see him as a manipulative, obsessive villain. Perhaps Thomas is good deep inside, but that goodness has been buried by his overpowering negative traits.
Even though the actor believes Thomas is a good guy, he does admit that the character focusing on his ultimate goal has caused problems.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Thomas doesn’t just want Hope for himself. It’s really an obsession that is driven by his love for Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). He is determined to give his son a mother and the only right one he can see is Hope.

It doesn’t appear to viewers that Thomas feels any remorse for using Zoe. As for the actor’s perspective, he feels that Thomas has tricked himself into believing a lie. He keeps telling himself that Zoe doesn’t have deep feelings for him.

His thoughts aren’t on Zoe, but on accomplishing his mission. He is focused on Hope and can’t see anything else except that. However, the obsession will ultimately end and when it does, could he regret being so cruel?
