The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that during November sweeps a custody case over Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) will take shape. On one hand, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is his father and loves him dearly. But on another, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) wants to be his mother and she bonded with him.
It will result in a custody battle, one that could bring many surprises in the end. It won’t go like many of the B&B fans think it will and the Logan and Forrester family will be left in shock.

Bold & The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Is Worried About Douglas Forrester
Now that Thomas Forrester’s deception is out in the open, Hope cannot help but wonder if it is in Douglas’ best interest to live with her and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). She voices her concern about the boy, and Liam said they should bring him to their home.
According to social media buzz, Hope could decide to fight for custody. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that she will be worried that Thomas isn’t a suitable parent and she will make a move to make Douglas’ move into her home permanent.
It will be something that will get under Thomas’ skin as he wants his son to be with him. However, he may eventually be okay with it, thinking that if he allows his son to be with Hope, that would mean he would have the opportunity to earn her back.

B&B Spoilers – The Fight For Douglas Forrester Is A Shocker
According to Soap Opera Digest, head writer Bradley Bell said that the fight for Douglas will be a major storyline. B&B spoilers state that Douglas will end up with the one who has his best interest at heart. If you are going by that spoiler, it suggests that Hope will win the custody battle, but time will tell.
It’s clear that Hope wants to bring Douglas as part of her family. She wanted to teach him how to take care of Beth Spencer and decorate a room for him. Is that a clue that Douglas will eventually live with Hope? Or could Ridge fight for custody of the young child?

I think Ridge will end up being Douglas’ dad and he will get custody.
Thomas and Ridge is not fit to raise to Douglas I would rather see Hope and Liam Douglas into Thomas get phychiatric help.
Hope and Liam should. Douglas was praised for telling the truth and Hope really cares for the boy, Ridge doesn’t have the love for his sons like he does for Steffy wonder why. Didn’t raise Brooke’s and their son either. Hope is more compassionate than any of the Logans or the Forresters
I think Hope should or Steffy both love him and would have his best interests at heart. Ridge didn’t really raise any of his children and has been largely absent, Douglas is scared of his father. Also I believe Thomas will allow Hope custody as a way to somehow get her back in affect using his son yet again.
Personally I think Douglas should be with Steffy, keeping Thomas away from Hope! Let Liam and Hope find each other again before they add to their family. I’m more worried that Steffy got pregnant again when she slept with a drugged Liam ! We don’t need that crap again, but would not put it past the Bells !! Ridge needs to get over himself ! How absurd to make a deal for Flo and letting Thomas off the hook…yet again. Talk about a slap to Steffy !! Somehow, down the line, Brooke, Bill and Steffy will exact revenge on Thomas and Flo !! Maybe Quinn will jump on that wagon, too, LOL !
I’m still hoping they do a dna test and find out that Douglas is actually Ridge son and he gets to raise him or Steffy.
I believe that Hope should get custody because Hope already has a bond with Douglas. Douglas really loves Hope and with Liam and Beth they can make a wonderful family.
Hope has no right to raise Douglas! She is not a blood relative and she was only married to his father for about a week!
Douglas is not scared of his father they made up before Thomas fell off the cliff! In fact he keeps asking everyone when is his daddy coming home!
You don’t know Thomas as well as you think if you think he would allow anyone but himself to raise Douglas! Not even Hope!
Ridge should take custody of his grandson until Thomas is able to take care of him! Hope is not his mother or stepmother. She’s not even a blood relative! This storyline is ridiculous!

I think Steffy should get custody of Douglas, yes Hope loves Douglas but this will allow Thomas to still be in her life and do not want that. Steffy should raise Douglas,
I do not want Ridge or Thomas any where near Douglas Both have proven to be bad fathers. Ridge is an enabler and Thomas is abusive. And those who have been abuse know Sorry doesn’t cut it and it could happen again
Hope would definitely provide a good home to Douglas but she would have to do it without Liam , LIam could not control his emotions about Thomas and would constantly bad mouth Thomas
I think that it should come out that Douglas is Ridges kid. So he will raise his son. That would be a great story line.

If b&b is following reality In hsociety , hope and Liam have no chance or even legal standing to have custody of Douglas because they have no blood relationship with him. Thomas is the biological father of Douglas and to declare him unfit will be difficult to
prove on the hearsay and bias of Liam, hope, and brooke who hate Thomas. Legally the court will find Steffy or Ridge the best choices they are the next of kin to Douglas but only if Thomas is found to be unfit. In most cases the biological parent has paramount legal rights .hope Liam. brooke have none whatsoever , I know I am a Family law attorney who have handled custody cases
If he wants Hope back, which he does he may for some time anyway! They didn’t make up he used him by pretending to make up with him to find out where Hope was! It’s just that Douglas is too young to see through his fathers deceit. And Thomas hasn’t shown too much concern for his son in hospital! All he cares about is self preservation and Hope!

I think that there are many people that wants Douglas like Ridge and Brooke and Liam and Hope but also Steffy wants Douglas but I think in the end the one who will get coustudy of Douglas is Bill and Katie.That will be the big surprise.

Ridge. He was married to Caroline and made everybody think he was the boy’s father. He could have that chance again.
Liam is not a good role model either; as he is known to flip flop between both women; he may be content right now with Hope, but if Steffy would have an interested party, he would be right in the middle of any relationship Steffy has.
