The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Eric Forrester (John McCook) truly believes that Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) wants to reconcile with him as much as he wants to do the same. It hasn’t even crossed Eric’s mind that his wife has moved beyond Queric. That’s one of his miscalculations.

Eric also believes that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) wasn’t as deeply influenced by Quinn as he was in the mid 2010’s, when Queric first formed. But devoted fans know from history and in seeing Carter’s demeanor when he’s around Quinn, that the scenarios are comparable.

So, Eric thinks that Quinn and Carter haven’t been together since the forced Quarter reveal. But they have and that makes Eric someone to feel sorry for.

Could Eric and Quinn restore their marriage and eventually get back to the feelings they mutually shared? Yes, but that could take awhile because Quinn has a fresh love in Carter.

The tears that she and Carter shared at his beachfront condominium reinforced the depth of their connection. It is both honest and fair to say that Quarter is not a rebound from Queric and Zarter.

Yes, Quinn was hurt by Eric and Carter was hurt by Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes). That shared vulnerability led to an emotional relationship developing. It still exists and won’t simply be erased through words or will power.

B&B Spoilers – Carter Walton Is Hurting

Cater made a selfless choice. His tell to Quinn, about going back to Eric, hurt. But he is willing to sacrifice whatever would continue to develop between Quarter in order to help restore Quinn’s comfortable life.

However, it is reasonable to suggest that what Quinn had no longer exists. She can’t relive the past or cherry pick moments and then imagine some version of Queric back into existence.

Saint-Victor’s character also needs to wear a disguise at work, as he’ll see Eric and Quinn on a regular basis. That could prove to be very painful.
