The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) uses his son once again in a cruel scheme. Vincent “Vinny” Walker (Joe LoCicero) might be right that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) might not react the way Thomas predicts. In fact, could she move forward with trying to get sole custody of the little boy after the villain’s latest move? It is teased a custody battle begins in the next few weeks.

B&B spoilers previously stated Hope would try and get custody of Douglas. As fans recall, Hope and Thomas faced off and manipulated each other in order to get what they wanted. However, they would end up coming to an interesting agreement due to the strange adoption and custody laws in California.

B&B Spoilers: Co-Parenting Agreement
California law stated that Hope could legally adopt Douglas and become his legal mother. She could do this without taking Thomas away as his biological and legal father. However, it was only a matter of time before this situation got complicated.
Not only did it drive Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) away, but Thomas is back to using the little boy in another cruel scheme.
Thomas Forrester’s New Plan
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal Thomas plans on using the little boy’s fear to his advantage. He isn’t even thinking about his son’s well-being. He is basically terrorizing the child in order to get his way. However, things might end up going very badly for Thomas because Hope isn’t going to jump into his arms like he thinks.
She has the law on her side and as Douglas’ adoptive mother, it makes it easier for her to do what is best for Douglas.

Soap Opera Digest teased that in two weeks, a custody battle will begin. This must be how Liam and Hope get back together since Thomas was their core issue.
It is also a continuation of the adoption storyline from months ago. As fans may recall, Hope talked to an adoption lawyer, who told her that if she becomes Douglas’ adoptive mother and co-parents now, it would make it easier to get sole custody later. It appears that Thomas is headed for trouble and due to his obsession, he could lose his son forever.

Hope definitely has Douglas’s best interests at heart while Thomas uses him over and over. I know she isn’t his biological mother but she couldn’t love him more if he was. She spends more time with him than his biological family, Ridge, Steffy, Bill and Caroline’s Moms so yes, she should get custody and she and Liam who is his biological cousin should get married and raise him with Beth
Hopefully the penny dropped for Hope today. I think she has to push back a little at Thomas and flush him out. The only problem is that the psycho has a bad temper and he is capable of anything. She is going to need some protection like a secret bodyguard to watch out for her.
I think that Vinney will help Hope out this time! I hope that she get custody of Douglas and win Liam back!!!!!!!!!!!
For the love of god get rid of this Hope character . Her wardrobe people need to go to . They dress her like and old woman and keep her in the same outfit for days . Her eyes are friggin crazy . That crossed wonky eye and her really bad acting makes me cringe . I cant keep following that weird eye around .
Hope has always been Douglas’ biggest advocate while Thomas continues to intentionally hurt and use Douglas in his ongoing attempt to get Hope into a relationship. I’d love to see Thomas finally get what he has coming to him, especially since he is psychologically abusing his 6 year old son to get what he wants. Douglas already has Hope in his life, it’s Thomas that continues to manipulate those around him to get what HE wants.

yes. Hope is making the right decision to begin the long awaited custody battle for Douglas after Thomas finally goes too far with his son.i can only hope that Hope gains fully custody of Douglas from Thomas.
