They say that curiosity killed the cat, so maybe we should think about how many lives Katie (Heather Tom) is putting in danger by asking too many suspicious questions.

Katie senses that something is off with Poppy, she has seamlessly integrated into Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) life and is actively attempting to drive a wedge between Katie and him.

Katie has shared her worries with Bill, but he’s so completely captivated by his daughter Luna (Lisa Yamada) that he’s not fully grasping her message; (at least, not at this moment).

Katie doesn’t appear to be making any progress in her conversation with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) either on the July 25 episode of B&B.

Despite Katie’s efforts to address her concerns, Li’s negative reaction to the question about the paternity test results was quite noticeable-she bristled!

Is Li offended by Katie’s implication or is attempting to divert Katie’s attention because she actually manipulated the results-of course the question remains, if she did rig the test results, why?

Either way, it’s never wise to ask questions when there’s a serial killer on the loose, and asking questions can be deadly, as Hollis found out.

The killer must have saw him when he stumbled upon potentially incriminating items in Tom’s backpack; could Katie be risking her life by probing into Poppy? It’s a distinct possibility, because the more she digs for the truth, the more reason the killer has to want to shut her down!

The suspect pool is large with so many having so much to hide-and it’s easy to hide when the police are only suspecting Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown).

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Katie Logan In The Killer’s Crosshairs?

If Li or Poppy are indeed behind the deaths of Tom and Hollis, they may see Katie as a threat and attempt to silence her.

Alternatively, Katie could unknowingly stumble into dangerous territory by asking the wrong questions at the wrong time, putting herself in the killer’s sights.

Taking out Katie would be a bold move considering her ties to the Forresters and the Spencers; Bill would spare no expense in seeking justice for his loved ones.

However, eliminating Katie would also mean burying certain truths that could be damaging if exposed. Despite the risks, Katie must tread carefully as she delves into Poppy’s background, as those associated with her seem to be meeting unfortunate fates.
