However, because Katie wouldn’t reunite with Bill, he stayed with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). So, after Bill’s proposal to Sheila, Katie could sacrifice her own happiness with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to save the father of her child.

B&B spoilers reveal that Bill is frustrated by Sheila not opening up as he needs. Bill is only with Sheila to get confessions of crimes that she can be charged with. Despite Bill confessing his own sins, Sheila is staying quiet about her own. That’s not Sheila’s only complication, though. Sheila and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) can’t seem to stay away from each other.

It is teased that Bill will step it up to earn Sheila’s trust. Bill is going to propose marriage to Sheila. However, once the engagement news gets around, the plot could thicken even more.

When Katie first heard about Bill and Sheila’s romance, she couldn’t believe it. At least, until Katie walked into the Spencer mansion to find Bill and Sheila together. Katie made a passionate plea to Bill. However, when Katie said their dynamic is just friendship and not romantic, Bill stood by his decision to be with Sheila.

Of course, Katie has no idea that Bill is working with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and the FBI. So, when Katie learns about Bill’s proposal to Sheila, she could fly into a panic.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Katie might be worried about Bill, but she is currently dating Carter. Even though Carter and Katie seem happy, there is an issue that comes up. Katie turns to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) for advice about Carter.

Katie could tell Brooke that she has a plan to save Bill. The only problem is that it would mean breaking Carter’s heart. Of course, it’s always possible that Carter knows about Katie’s plan to save Bill. It’s more interesting for a soap if Carter remains in the dark… just like everyone is about Bill.

Bill is desperate to put Sheila behind bars forever. So, after the marriage proposal, Bill could insist on a quickie wedding. That won’t give Katie much time if she decides to sacrifice her own relationship to save Bill.
