Daytime trivia buffs will take note that Brown’s first soap opera break came on the show that B&B replaced in 1987. Capitol was a half-hour politically themed steamer that was set in Washington, D.C. Brown played Danny, during what was a brief stint.

B&B Spoilers – Li Finnegan Loves Her Son

For reasons that are to be explained, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and Jack adopted Finn when he was a baby. The audience will learn if Jack is actually Finn’s father or he has at least been telling the truth about having an adopted son.

All who know Sheila understand that she has a fully warped outlook on family. So, Li can’t possibly be purely seen as someone who raised Finn with love. Instead, Matsuda’s character projects as Sheila’s next enemy.

Assuming the above happens, Li will have plenty of backup. Beyond her husband, a more recent rival, Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), and hopefully, Sheila’s deepest enemy, Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), a Y&R crossover character herself, along with many others can offer plenty of testimony about the wild backstory Brown’s character possesses.

Finn will have a number of questions to ask after mentally digesting the reality that his birth mother has suddenly appeared and on his wedding day no less. One query would be why she never wanted to meet him until now?

Novlan’s character has been an adult for many years. So, Sheila could have attempted contact in the past. Although that assumes she knew where he was living.

No matter her reasons or whatever Jack’s role is revealed or confirmed as being, the drama has begun to explode. Simply saying the name Sheila makes that happen. Yes, this August Sweeps Month is already proving to be very engaging.
