Ever since the night of the hit-and-run, Liam has been overwhelmed with guilt. He knows that the right thing to do has just come forward with the truth. However, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) already covered up anything that ties them to the homicide. The only thing Bill hasn’t taken care of is the damage to his car. As viewers know, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) noticed the car had an accident and asked what happened. So, it’s only a matter of time before the police find out or Wyatt mentions it to someone

Even though Liam was hysterical, hyperventilating, fainting, and bawling during this storyline, he is starting to calm down. Bill was sure that Liam would mess up when being interrogated by Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin). However, Liam followed his father’s instructions and he seems to have gotten through the first round of questioning. We don’t expect this to be the last time Liam is grilled by the police, though. Plus, his guilt isn’t going to magically disappear.

B&B Spoilers – Feels Unworthy

As time goes on, Liam prays that the guilt will fade or he can just forget killing Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) ever happened. However, it is confirmed that Liam will continue his downward spiral into despair. Instead of Liam’s guilt and the mental state getting better, he will actually get much worse.

Every time he looks at Hope, Liam will be reminded that he murdered Vinny and covered up the crime. At some point, Liam will probably withdraw and might even get distant. He could just tell Hope the truth and take his chances. However, since this is a soap, Liamw will do the wrong thing. So, we imagine that he will end up pushing Hope away. He might even reconsider their reconciliation because he feels that she deserves so much better. She will be confused until she learns the shocking truth but it might be too late.
