Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) commented that Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Colette Gray) wasn’t sure who she was with, due to all the transfers between her parents. He made that remark during what probably was the crescendo of Steffy’s drug crisis.
Kelly should see both of her parents as much as possible. But in terms of where she should live right now, there’s only one logical choice.

In Steffy’s current state of mind, she would need a nanny on-site at the cliff house twenty-four hours a day to ensure that Kelly is protected. But a nanny isn’t a pain management specialist, a psychiatrist, like Steffy’s mother, Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo), or a guard.
So, calls for Kelly to continue being with Steffy right now are arguably misguided and appear firmly steeped in feelings over facts.

Kelly has two good parents, with her father serving as a protector and source of refuge in this early part of autumn. Steffy values Lope’s importance in her daughter’s life, as she recently stated before the addiction issue exploded. In the hopefully not too distant future, Wood’s character will again be one of two parents who provide Kelly with security.

Ok little boy Liam is not concerned, he is a emotional abusive little punk! He is going to use Steffy's actual love and concern to control the situation b/c that is what abusive punks like him do. Kelly has ONE good parent and that is Steffy. Liam and Pollyanna only use Kelly against Steffy. And Steffy values Dope in her life? What are YOU on. Steffy can't stand Hope nor Liam at this point. If those two idiots left and Steffy could raise Kelly without them being the controlling emotional abusive dynamic duo she would be thrilled. So is Steffy right, is is Pollyanna just a child stealer after all? You need to go sit down somewhere with this mess Sean.
KELLY MUST BE RETURNED TO STEFFY FULL TIME, NOW THAT SHE HAS UNDERGONE OPIOD TREATMENT. As an attorney, Liam and Hope have no legal rights to Kelly at all since Kelly had been raised full time by Steffy from birth I totally disagree with the writer above and his analysis of the situation in that dingy, crowded cabin that three toddlers are living in , with a serial waffler/betrayer and a manipulative non-relative of Kelly ( Hope). As Kelly grow up, she will understand how his immature biological father had abandoned her Mom Steffy, and how this manipulative Hope Logan and the Logans destroyed her family. Steffy was not all that misguided, distracted or influenced by pain pills when she told her father Ridge , Brooke, Hope and Liam that when her daughter finds out what they have done, she will hate them as much as Steffy did. There is an old cliche ( that was even used in a song ) that goes " Forgiving is easy, but forgetting will take a long, long time." In the case of Steffy, the feeling of abandonment during her childhood by Ridge has remained RAW AND PRESENT IN HER MIND AND EMOTIONAL PAIIN. Additionally, her feeling of abandonment by Liam and betrayal by Hope, and Brooke's destroying her family will always be in the recesses of her mind. Kelly will share these emotional feelings with her Mom. This writer characterize the home Liam and Hope family as " stable"…is he misguided himself? Liam and Hope are the least stable people in this storyline.

The writer above is obviously and overtly misguided and I have read his writings and he has always been an advocate for Hope and Liam , plus Brooke. REALLY???
