Meanwhile, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) revel as they remember their special moments together.

B&B spoilers for Monday, March 27 reveal that Bill told Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) how sick he was of playing love puppy with Sheila. However, Bill has to keep it up until he can wrangle multiple murder confessions out of Sheila. So, Bill’s big idea was to propose marriage to Sheila.

The idea is that if Sheila feels her relationship with Bill is secure – as in getting married – then her freedom will be safe. However, the proposal didn’t exactly go the way that Bill thought it would.

While Sheila has always insisted that she just wanted to be loved and accepted, she isn’t exactly innocent. So, Bill’s plan makes sense considering love is Sheila’s weakness. At the same time, Sheila knows that something isn’t quite right, so Bill’s plan could totally flop.
