In order to get Brooke to stop obsessing over Ridge and Shauna’s marriage, Quinn thinks of a way to get her mind on someone else. She knows that Bill and Brooke have repeatedly kissed and even had an affair at one time. She decides that if “Brill” are focused on each other, then she will be too busy to find proof that Quinn schemed the wedding bombshell.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Quinn can’t let Brooke now that she’s trying to get her together with Bill. The woman is already on high alert when it comes to Quinn. So, she goes to Bill to encourage him to take action, according to Soap Opera Digest. She urges him to go after Brooke and see why they always end up locking lips. Since Katie still hasn’t taken Bill back, it’s technically not cheating. At least, that is what Quinn probably tries to tell Bill.

B&B Spoilers -Avoiding A Trap

Even though Bill and Brooke seem to have unresolved feelings or at the very least, a strong attraction, Quinn thinks her plan will work. However, we don’t think that Bill is going to trust Quinn’s advice. He knows her all too well and the two aren’t exactly friends.

Even if Bill does make a move, Brooke likely won’t fall into that trap. She is totally focused on finding out the truth so she can be with Ridge again. Plus, Quinn is just waiting for another chance to attack and Brooke can’t take any risks.

Now, when Bill and Brooke start talking, Quinn’s “encouragement” will probably be mentioned. This lets Brooke know that she still has a chance of getting back her man. If Shauna had indeed already won, then Quinn wouldn’t be trying to set up Brooke.
