The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that in Los Angeles Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) is holding on by a luxurious Forrester Fashions’ thread. She’s still Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) wife, a status Quinn hopes to retain for the rest of her life.

Eric is more than disappointed. He’s disillusioned with the woman he was convinced had changed her life and that’s creating the real possibility that Queric is, or will be done.

Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) past seeming advancements may have merely been masks. Yes, a Halloween reference is apt. Eric (John McCook) is right to wonder if Quinn has simply been wearing different costumes during the years of their marriage, rather than having broken from her admitted past.

With whatever Quinn has been thinking during these years of marriage to Eric and regardless of the conclusion he comes to, there’s no denying that both people love each other. This statement is accepted by Eric, which is why he hasn’t moved to divorce.

Queric came to find and care for each other at a time in both people’s lives where love blossomed naturally and then endured. It’s fair to say that Quinn has put this union in jeopardy, but also to note that Eric should continue thoughtfully digesting all that’s been revealed before he makes a choice that can’t be easily reversed.

Divorce Would Create Need For Consolation

If Eric chooses to divorce Quinn he’ll surely have a number of romantic options. Quinn is highly appealing but doesn’t seem to have a recognizable fallback option if she’s left single.

B&B fans understand that the half-hour show format means that there are a limited number of coupling options. So, Eric initially seeking consolation with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) is a possibility.

But could Quinn seek comfort with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont)? Maybe, but that would be a stretch and also test the viewer’s suspension of disbelief.

Of course, there are other options for each half of an assumed ended Queric, be they current, past, or new characters.

More Than One Path Forward

Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) was not in favor of Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) offer that Quinn live with them at the beach house. Quinn understood that her son didn’t want her, but still accepted Flo’s proposal.

As time passes, Wyatt will be increasingly motivated to see his mom reunite with Eric. His words will be influential, as Wyatt will be one of the only people speaking on Quinn’s behalf. Eric has traditionally been one of her champions and maybe again if the depth of his emotion overcomes the disappointment he’s been feeling.
