Ridge is already pressured to choose between Brooke and Steffy when it comes to work, as Brooke wants him to demote Steffy, and she wants to be co-CEO of Forrester Creations instead.
That’s the position that Steffy, Ridge’s daughter with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) has been holding for several years now.
No doubt Brooke is influenced by her sister, Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) and her “theft” of the Logan name for her company, and wants to one-up her.
But now that the romantic rivalry between Brooke and Taylor for Ridge is finally over for the last time-hopefully-she brings it to work and Ridge and Taylor’s daughter.

Lose Steffy At Work, Or Lose Me As Your Wife?
Brooke, can out-petty the pettiest person in the world, as proven by her accusations of Katie stealing the “Logan” name when they were both born Logans.
Could she actually give Ridge an ultimatum, to lose Steffy at work as his co-CEO, or lose her as his wife, after all she went through to get there?
Longtime B&B fans would resoundingly say “yes!” even though the “destiny” seems to be fluid-most have lost count of Ridge and Brooke’s marriages and remarriages.

But Ridge always wants what-or-who-he can’t have, so Brooke would be confident in such a gamble that he’ll drop his own daughter like a hot potato if it means getting Brooke back!
Ridge Would View Disowning His Daughter Versus Brooke Disowning Him As An Impossible Choice!
Ridge would view disowning his daughter versus Brooke divorcing and disowning him as an impossible choice, and likely such an ultimatum would raise the hackles of Eric Forrester (John McCook) as well.
No matter how much Eric adores Brooke, and always has, and was even married to her before she snagged Ridge, there’s no way he’d approve of such a master manipulation.
If Brooke overplays her hand like that, she may find herself without a job for a change and without one to go to.
She’s already stretched her family ties with Katie, and even with Donna Logan (Jennifer Garies) nearly to the breaking point the way it is.
She best come down off her much too high horse before she loses both Ridge and her career, not to mention her sisters!
