In the episode aired on August 31, Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire) praised Brooke and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) about how good and honorable Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) is.

Daphne claimed that Carter was true to every single promise of their marriage vows and questioned how many wives could make the same claim about their husbands.

“I believe you and I are quite fortunate in that regard,” Brooke remarked, which prompted a puzzled expression from Taylor.

Naturally, many B&B fans likely raised an eyebrow at that statement as well, knowing that Carter cheated on Daphne with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

Notwithstanding, Ridge’s history of loyalty is far from stellar, given his past indecisiveness over the years.

Brooke And Ridge Seem Stable For The Time Being, But Could Trouble Be Ahead?

Brooke and Ridge’s marriage appears stable at the moment, but has Brooke just hinted at potential trouble ahead? If Brooke is as “fortunate” as Daphne, she might be in for a shocking surprise!

Daphne is unaware that she is mistaken about Carter honoring his marriage vows, especially after he spent the night with Steffy. Similarly, Brooke could find herself mistaken about Ridge if he strays in the future.
