The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Sally Loses Hope As She Learns Her Fate

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is rightly frantic on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. Dr. Escobar’s (Monica Ruiz) diagnosis leaves Hope’s character with approximately one month to live. That’s not enough time to restore her relationship with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), who is the man Sally loves and wanted to be with for the rest of her life.

Her existence is now expected to end prematurely and in the most unexpected way. Looking very healthy at first glance, Sally is experiencing tremors in her hands and has been feeling off for a while.

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) was with Sally when the shocker was dropped. As fans later learned, there is no known cure.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sally Spectra Doesn’t Want Pity

Sally’s impulse reaction is defensive. As Katie told Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), Hope’s alter ego doesn’t want anyone to know she’d dying, including her grams (grandmother, Shirley Spectra, Patrika Darbo), or sister, Coco Spectra (Courtney Grosbeck). That dialogue represented what could be a wink at Darbo and Grosbeck returning to the cast shortly.

Katie promised on two different occasions to maintain Sally’s secret, she already told Bill what happened by the time the reinforced request was made. But Sally’s wishes will likely not be granted, as more people seem certain to learn or be told, about her condition.

It makes emotional sense that Sally wouldn’t want people who she cares about to be worried about her. It’s also understandable that she wants to protect her dignity during this presumed last portion of her life.

Wyatt is already deeply concerned about Sally. But his worries involve her state of mind based on him having dumped her for the second time in less than a year.

Sally’s projection about Wyatt being guilt-ridden and therefore offering his pity during her last days is apt. He’d rush to her side but probably wouldn’t break with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden).

Bowden’s character isn’t someone Sally initially referred to or considered. But Flo’s renewed presence in Wyatt’s life and continued space in the largest part of his heart is the reason why ‘Wally’ ended not just once, which would have been bad enough, but twice.

Sally has been a force of nature since appearing in Los Angeles, California, in 2017. The Spectra legacy, as initiated by the aunt Sally was named after, Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley), was furthered as a result.

To think that such a vibrant character will meet a terrible fate shortly after February Sweeps month ends is a lot to digest. Fans are surely hoping for successful experimental surgery, or a sudden remission of whatever this malady is if either is possible. But viewers must also prepare for the worst.
