The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Sean Kanan Dishes On Working With Melody Thomas Scott Again

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show that Sean Kanan (Deacon Sharpe) got to work with his on-screen ex-wife Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki Newman). He spoke with Soap Opera Digest about his experience being around Melody again and he was incredibly excited.

When asked what it was like finding out he would be working with her again, he told SOD, “I was really excited because we’ve always had a terrific working relationship. They had to re-educate me about the storyline because it happened 10 years ago but I knew the broad strokes.”

There didn’t seem to be any worries between the two actors either, as they instantly fell back into lane together and it felt like old times. “You would think we’d see each other often given the proximity of Y&R and B&B, but I haven’t seen Mel in a long time, so we went outside on the balcony of CBS and were running our lines and dishing and just catching up, and I was just struck with how down-to-earth she is and how smart she is and how damn funny she is.”

We certainly saw it when they appeared together on-screen. It was as if no time had passed and they worked together perfectly. It was literally like stepping into a time machine and we couldn’t be happier to see them reconnected again, however, we are sure it won’t last long!

B&B Spoilers – Deacon Sharpe’s Future

While he went back to Y&R for a brief stint, we have to wonder if he will be going back to Genoa City in the future or whether or not he will end up back in jail for everything he’s done recently.

When Kanan was asked, he had this to say. “I think he is a better person now, and that has a lot of value. He is probably feeling his own mortality a bit. He’s a middle-aged guy and he wants to make a move and have a life and have some things in life, not material things for himself, but things to be able to help the people he loves.”

We certainly look forward to seeing what the future brings for Deacon and wonder if it will involve Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang)!
