Once Steffy remembers John “Finn” Finnegan (formerly Tanner Novlan), Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) takes drastic action. However, Sheila’s killer intentions are thwarted by something – or someone – unexpected.

B&B spoilers reveal that Liam does his best to help Steffy. Liam understands that it’s a controversial treatment plan but trusts that it’s the right decision. Even though Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) are trying to do the right thing, not everyone agrees with the plan.
Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) are two characters to beg Liam to tell Steffy the truth. Liam does just that during the week of April 25.

Steffy’s memories coming back are not Sheila’s only concern. The shooting is still an ongoing investigation. Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) needs answers, so he knows what direction to look. Sheila manages to interrupt Baker questioning Steffy after her memories return.
It seems that Steffy will remember Finn right away. However, remembering what happened the night of the shooting could remain a mystery. Sheila knows that it’s only a matter of time before all of the grisly details come back to Steffy. Once that happens, Sheila will be exposed and go to prison. In order to stop that, Sheila decides she needs to make sure Steffy dies this time.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Sheila will take action during the week of April 25. Sheila goes into Steffy’s hospital room and plans to end the young woman’s life. Sheila probably intends on using her medical knowledge to kill Steffy. After all, Sheila can’t make it look like another murder.
Sheila almost gets rid of Steffy when she is unexpectedly interrupted. It’s not revealed what or who stops Sheila. However, there are a few possibilities.

B&B Spoilers – Ghost Or Hallucination?
Finn loved Steffy so much that he took a bullet for her. It’s possible that Finn might not let Sheila kill Steffy even in the afterlife. It’s also quite likely that if Sheila “sees” Finn, it won’t actually be his ghost. With Sheila’s mind continuing to spiral, Sheila could have a hallucination of Finn. This hallucination could be what stops Sheila in her tracks and saves Steffy’s life.

Why do they tell what's going to happen in the week ahead,, the best part of a Drama is not knowing what to expect?? Geesh, I'd rather not know what going to happen before hand!! No reason to watch (¿¿) The element of suprise is what makes it more interesting to watch!!
well am glad that Steffy is going to start to remember Finn, so we can move on from this Liam and Steffy Bull, I think Finn's Ghost will stop Shelia from killing Steffy, and Shelia will loss her mind thinking that Finn is still alive, she will be put away so she can get help and before she goes to trial she will somehow get away again only to show up later again
I just want Shelia caught, and I agree that Steffy should know about Finn and Hayes even though Brooke and Hope think that will stop Liam from being there for Steffy they are in for a shock. I knew Bradley Bell wasn't going to let that happen. Steffy needs to deal with the loss of her husband and be the mother to Hayes. But Brooke and Hope think they pressure Liam to tell Steffy that he will concentrate less on her. They are selfish and manipulative women. Hope has and always will be a insecure , manipulative emotional mess.
Yeah, the writers had me worried but I am glad that Taylor isn't expecting Ridge to be with her. She knows that he loves his wife regardless of what is happening between him and Brooke. Taylor is a beautiful and successful woman there is a man that will love and respect and fight for her only her.
I always will miss Finn.
