He especially hates that Quinn has a tendency to target the people Eric cares about, such as Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). However, he will never change that part of her. He either needs to accept her as she is or cut her loose.

When Quinn masterminded a scheme to break up Quinn and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) marriage, she roped Shauna into the plan. They are best friends and there was a benefit for Shauna. She was promised that she would be able to be with Ridge, who has had a massive crush on her. However, Shauna repeatedly told her best friend that she didn’t feel right about it and wanted to stop. Quinn should have respected her friend’s wishes. Instead, she got snappy and mean about it. In fact, some consider the way she responded to Shauna as bullying.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Quinn always justifies her behavior. However, Shauna just accepts it as a mistake. Even though they both made wrong choices, they both react to getting caught completely differently.

Richards spoke to TV Insider about Shauna and Quinn’s friendship. She speculated that it’s always been this way with the friendship. Quinn always makes messes and Shauna always takes the punishment.

“… she didn’t even flinch when jumping in to cover for her friend. She was going to take the fall for it and I think for Shauna and Quinn, that’s their history, that’s their relationship.”

B&B Spoilers – Everything Ends Sometimes

It sounds like a very unbalanced and unhealthy friendship to us. Shauna is the pariah of the soap. However, from where we are standing, it seems that Shauna takes personal responsibility for her mistakes while Quinn justifies her actions. Perhaps it is time for this toxic friendship to end. It’s one thing to take the fall for a BFF once in a while. It’s another for it to be what the friendship is all about.
