Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is offered a clean slate. Not everyone gets a new beginning, reboot, or another chance. Despite his best intentions, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) could set him up to fail.

B&B spoilers reveal that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) has claimed to be over his obsession in the past. Then, his loved ones would find out that he hadn’t changed at all. So, it would be understandable if nobody believes he has moved past his obsession. The only feelings that remain for Hope (Annika Noelle) are genuine ones, such as love, admiration, and respect.

However, something is different this time. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is always the first person to challenge Thomas, and each time she eventually is proven right. The fact that Brooke is opening the door to forgiveness speaks volumes. She must sense or see something different from Thomas. We are assuming that her gut feelings about Thomas have always been accurate. Perhaps her maternal instinct is saying that things are different this time.

B&B Spoilers – A Clean Slate

It would be going a bit far to suggest that Brooke has forgiven Thomas. We’re not saying she trusts him at all right now. What is confirmed is that she is giving him the chance to prove that he’s mentally stable. Maybe he couldn’t change before because everyone was on edge waiting for the obsession ball to drop. Since it was expected, Thomas might have just kept playing that part. Human beings are complex, but they can be predictable at the same time.

If we want a different ending, we can’t keep the beginning or middle the same. Something has to kickstart the change and create the “domino effect.” Maybe this is exactly what Brooke is trying to do by offering Thomas a new beginning.

We think that Thomas will have good intentions and try to keep his deal with Brooke. He will focus on his recovery and trying to get back to designing. But there is one problem… Liam Spencer. B&B Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Sabotaged?

Apparently, Liam didn’t get the memo that Thomas was going to be invited to stay with Ridge and Brooke. Since Hope lives on the same property, Liam is going to be concerned about her safety. After everything that the villain did to “Lope,” his disbelief and negativity are understandable.

However, he isn’t just being cautious or aware. Liam will completely freak out over Brooke’s decision. In the end, Liam will pretty much be told to deal with it. That doesn’t mean he’s out of options, though. Liam will do what he always does… try to prove Thomas is a bad seed. The only difference is that this time, the designer really is trying. Meanwhile, Liam sabotaging Thomas’s clean slate suggests a role reversal. Could the villain turn into a good guy while Liam resorts to manipulative trickery? We are going to have to keep watching to find out.
