Vinny’s admission led to him bolting out of the hospital, where he worked, and into LA. His later arrest and imprisonment were followed by a release on bail.

It’s a shame for the audience if Spears is being written out of the show through this reveal. He’s a solid actor, who has served as Bill’s needed confidant for years. Unless Bill is tied to Justin’s texts to Thomas, it could be that Spears’ character has gone rogue.

So, Thomas will learn of Justin’s stunning involvement in this story. Atkinson’s character is believed to be held against his will as well.
