According to B&B spoilers, Liam was stunned in the moments after he witnessed his wife kiss Thomas. But as Clifton’s character told Steffy, Hope initiated it, not his nemesis.

It just so happened that Hope decided to impulse kiss, Thomas, twice at the exact moment that Liam spotted them with the Coliseum as a backdrop. Thomas was shocked by what Hope wanted to do.

Viewers later saw Hope grasp Thomas’ hand as they walked through the streets of Rome. Oddly, there was no uncomfortable moment when they stopped for a bite to eat at a restaurant.
