B&B spoilers for Thursday, October 10 reveal that Carter will keep a secret from Ridge and Brooke. Even though Carter is excited about the romantic possibilities with Hope, he did run into LOPE having a family moment with Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza).

In the past, Carter has shied away from women with kids. While Carter has always wanted a family of his own, he seems to have issues with “sharing” a woman with others, even if it’s something like co-parenting.

So, Carter could tell himself he needs to keep the romance secret until he knows it will work. However, the truth could be that Carter is worried about Hope and Liam.
