Imran Habeeb’s (Charlie De Melo) former business partner, Adam, has been suspecting Toyah that she had something to do with Imran’s death. He takes it upon himself to make sure that Imran’s death gets justice. He meets with DS Swain to share that Toyah once told him that she’ll kill Imran if ever she finds out that he’s lying.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Toyah Habeeb’s Sudden Disappearance

Toyah has been acting suspiciously, which was a lot of people think that she intentionally harmed Imran. Simon was recently put in a tough spot when he had no choice but to admit that he had no clue where Toyah was when she suddenly disappeared from Weatherfield.

Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) did all she could to locate Toyah, and she eventually found her hiding in the builder’s flat yard. The latter was in a state of distress, but she managed to convince her to come home. She also pointed out that her disappearance is making her look guilty.

Kelly took Toyah to Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson), but they had no idea that Adam was about to do something that would make Toyah look like she planned Imran’s death.

Imran and Toyah have been put front and center of the show because of their car crash storyline. Fans know that they had an accident on their way home from the police station. Their car crashed into a scaffolding, but Imran and Toyah both survived at first.

Imran managed to drag Toyah out of the car and make sure that she was safe. Toyah was rushed to the hospital, but Imran’s health took a turn for the worse. He died after suffering from cardiac arrest.

“It’s uncanny, really. It’s a strange feeling because a lot of effort had been put into Imran’s final week. A lot of departments were pulling together to make sure that the scale of it was as big as it feasibly could be,” de Melo said about saying goodbye to his character.

When asked why he decided to leave, he said it was “a multitude of things.” He clarified that it wasn’t because of the job. He just realized that now is the time to go.
